AI adoption is moving fast.

At the individual level, it’s happening everywhere.

People are using it to write, code, analyze, and create.

But at the organizational level, it’s a very different story.

Workflows are largely unchanged.  
Decision systems are unchanged.  
Operating models are unchanged.

So individuals are getting faster.

The organization isn’t.

That’s the gap.

And it’s where most of the opportunity is.
